The last post dedicated for round 11.
We've made it to the last 2 rounds which uses everything learnt from the first round to the test from posts to hiring influencers. Here are the results.

Influencer Marketing

I started off with hiring influencers and so I went with the candidate I like, who is a mega influencer, Chris Ronald. This influencer does very well, especially with affiliate marketing to assist which in hand translated to 125844 engagements and 55670 clicks on Facebook and 56449 engagements and 35978 clicks. We used Chris Ronald to target customers who like to travel, the outdoors, hiking, etc. as that market made up 29% and are predominantly male so Chris Ronald with Buhi products would have an interest to of our customers. However, the only downside is that he cost $3000 per post which means budgets for normal posts have to be reduced.
Posts
For posts, I had a $2000 budget because I had already spent $3000 on the influencer, so I had to spend less money when promoting posts. In this round,, since I already knew what types of posts my audience likes, I posted photos with products outdoors/indoors with more interesting captions and hashtags to get more engagements and impressions.

I tried to maximise my whole budget and post ads like videos, images, holiday ads with sales that included Buhi's products in them and promoted each post on Instagram. Each post was aimed at an intended target market, who are mostly people with interests with outdoor travelling or women who wanted to travel, gym, workout.
Timings
For each post, I decided on the best timings to post it where more people would be able to see it so that impressions and engagements would increase. So, for posts regarding sales, I posted it in the morning so that people have more time to be aware of the sales. If t's a regular post, I release it after 5 pm as that is the peak period when people leave work and this has helped me in getting more impressions, engagement, shares.
Review
So in my last round, I made about $36,000 which I'd say was quite good. This left my total revenue earned in all 12 rounds to be $141,456 and when I finished I was in 1st place. But revenue aside, my total number for impressions were 16,188,236 and engagements were 787,937. This for me meant that I had used the correct channels, posted the right stuff and at the correct timings while at the same time maximizing my budget.
Final Thoughts
In conclusion, I am happy with what I could take away from Mimic Social learn so much about Social Media Marketing. I think that analysing the data that comes after each post and making charts and graphs help ease and eliminate the redundant stuff and assist in maximizing efforts to post good content as I know what the target audience likes and wants, after reading the data. This has helped me in Mimic Pro as the information provided a lot of help and insight. Social Media Marketing is fun when being creative and thinking of good content to post but is tiring and disappointing when the post results show that they did not do well. Through Mimic Pro, I have also learnt that impressions and engagements are also as important as conversions and revenues. This is because the more impressions made from shares, it means brand awareness has increased.
Overall, I'm delighted to have tried out this Social Media Market Simulator and I will probably attempt and put what I've learned to gain the most impressions, engagements on while posting good quality content on my next Instagram post and hit 1000 likes!
